Plant Superintendent
The Plant Superintendent is responsible for directing the Operations and Organic Processing functions in accordance with established management policies and objectives.
The Superintendent is required to be “hands on” with the directing and monitoring of activities for daily processing, and operations support personnel, in order to ensure the attainment of goals set for production volumes, schedules, delivery, costs, and quality are met.
The Superintendent will direct the development of operations expense budgets, cost reduction efforts, and capital equipment budgets. Will be responsible for ensuring the maximum efficiency and productivity for all processed Organic volumes while at the same time maintaining adherence to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

Heavy Duty Equipment Operator(s)
The Heavy Duty Equipment Operators are responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment may include Isoloader, 900 series front-end loaders, dozers, bobcats, trucks, compactors, balers and/or other additional pieces of equipment. The Heavy Equipment Operators must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by policies and procedures.
On a daily basis, operations will include but not be limited to, clearing the tip/receiving floor, loading hoppers, conveyors, managing stockpiles, filling & discharging containers, removing end product, and maintaining equipment on daily maintenance schedules.

Weigh Scale Operator(s)
The Weigh Scale Operator is the typically the first “customer” contact on-site and is also the key access point for all incoming data transfer from inbound vehicles.
The weigh Scale Operator is responsible for obtaining all required information regarding material entering the facility to properly bill the customer and track the total amount of Organic waste entering the recycling facility. This further includes but is not limited to answering the telephone and providing general information to callers, balancing daily receipts to ensure accurate record keeping and appropriate billing, daily receipts depository, receiving payment from customers, providing scale receipts, & accepting or rejecting loads.

Receiving/Mixing Operator(s)
Primary function of the Receiving/Mixing Operator is to watch over the receiving floor which is the process area whereby all products pass through prior to mixing for primary digestion.
The Mixing Operator is responsible for identifying contamination in loads, in addition to further watch for issues such as bridging, pileups or jams throughout the mixing and conveyor loading process. The mixing Operator will further perform quality control tasks, making sure that the receiving floor is cleared and clean of debris at the end of each working day.

Package Line Operators
Package Line Operators are responsible for the efficient operation of designated packaging equipment as assigned. This includes but is not limited to start up, operation, change over, shut down, preventative maintenance of assigned packaging equipment, and verification of accuracy of work (i.e. QA line checks, verification of load-in/load-out accuracy).
Packaging operations may include but not limited to, packaging line equipment, forklifts, or other power equipment associated with packaging, palletizing, and/or storage of packaged product.

Customer Service
Office Customer Service Representatives (CSR) responsibilities will include but not be limited to daily office procedure including recording complaints, problems, queries and provide suitable answers and assistance for the same, maintaining the records of entry and exit details, managing clients who visit and arranging comforts for them, receiving customers, clients or any visitor who comes to the Compost Facility in a professional & courteous manor.
The CSR staff is to answer calls made to the organization and render services for the same, and must further coordinate and manage the communication links between different departments of the organization.
